Application support team is looking for an enthusiastic person who is keen to learn how to support key DHL Express global applications, new technologies and enjoys communications with other colleagues.
You will cooperate with DHL internal teams (database, network, operating system administrators and developers).
What you will do
Provide 2nd level support for DHL Express applications
Resolve tickets raised by users of certain system
Provide technical support to users
Monitor supported services and systems
Support testing and deployment of new application versions
Maintain technical documentation
Support delivery of build projects through its lifecycle (focus on user and technical acceptance testing (UAT / TAT), RTP and post implementation support)
At least some knowledge of Linux / Unix command line
Experience with SQL / MySQL (basic queries)
Ability to get quickly from problem to solution
At least intermediate English
Degree in Computer Science or related field is an advantage
We welcome basic knowledge of programming and knowledge of Apache / Weblogic.
