Job Summary :
Novartis is currently searching for a O2C Collection Team Lead to join the Finance team in Prague.
Job Purpose :
The O2C Team Lead has the responsibility of coordinating and managing a team to drive the execution of quality O2C services for the Novartis Group entities, securing company assets by applying proper actions to reach relevant O2C KPIs.
Team Lead also ensures that systems, documentation, compliance and reporting are in place and actively drives continuous improvement.
The O2C Team Lead works as well as NGSC O2C Single Point of Contact for assigned Countries..
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and People management
Increase customer satisfaction, stakeholder management
Ensure operational continuity (back up plans, succesion plans, acceses, BCP)
Design and sustain a strong control environment (NFCM, regulations, NAM)
Identification and deployment of best practices and automation
Risk anticipation and definion of action plans - Increase process efficiency and operational excellence
Benchmarking and collaboration with other areas, countries, and regions
Support and embed Novartis values

The ideal candidate will have :
University Degree in finance
MBA or Master degree in Finance preferred
Lean Six Sigma certified preferred
Very Fluent English (written and spoken)
other language preferred
5 years Credit and collections roles (ideally within the Pharmaceutical industry)
SAP knowledge preferred
