Our team in Prague is currently looking for a talented Project Lead who will be responsible for leading the implementation of research projects in advertising, marketing, media and sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES :
Understanding client business, their needs, brands, communications and markets
Being a liaison between the client and Kantar on project-related issues, facilitating communication including regular conversations with client contacts, building relationships
Working with the Account team to produce a research design that will generate insight for the client
Leading implementation of the research design, through questionnaire design and coding to data analysis
Ensuring the smooth running of delivery of projects, providing timely, clear and concise briefings to relevant parties
Preparing and monitoring project financials whilst ensuring profitability
Identifying key insights from data and applying these to client implications and recommendations
Producing and delivering client presentations (face-to-face contact with client) resulting in a memorable delivery of the evidence and insight
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We welcome experienced candidates but also more junior candidates with very good communication skills and interest in data analysis. We are looking for :
Master s (or equivalent) degree in Sociology or other social science-oriented field / economy
Previous experience in market research (e.g. market research agency) is a plus but not required
Interest / experience in data analysis and interpretation (not being afraid of work with numbers), basics of statistics
Excellent professional communication skills in English AND Czech (verbal and written)
Multitasking, flexibility, willingness to learn and accept challenges
If interaction with clients and delivering presentations (also face-to face with clients) is not your cup of tea and data analysis bothers you, it is probably not the right role for you.
