About the role : Joining Service Support team as a IT Service owner, you will manage overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of IT service .
You will need to ensure that service KPI’s are met.
Your work :
Manage stakeholder’s relationship by communicating with them regularly
Develop service improvement plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports
Oversee and manage service requests queue
Create and maintain configuration management database entries relevant to service
Manage risks relevant to service
Participate on Support model updates
Prepare mothly service review reports
Utilize IT service management processes and methodologies at all time
Translate business requirements into support objectives and tasks

You should have :
Strong communication skills
Proficient in customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define support objectives and quality requirements
Demonstrated leadership in IT service management and planning activities
User knowledge of Linux and SQL
