The Senior Consultant HR Systems is responsible for coordination of non-technical HR Systems support activities for People Services organization and ensuring the HR systems are used to optimal capacity.

The Senior Consultant HR Systems also works within the People Services teams, and with respective HR IS team, supporting the user of the system with resolving data related requests or escalating them to HR IS where technical system improvement is required.

The Senior Consultant HR Systems also supports People Services teams with change management, knowledge sharing and data protection activities related to HR Systems.

Finally, the Senior Consultant HR Systems works closely with IS project teams to ensure that project planning for HR systems implementation considers impacts on People Services and end users, and provides sufficient training, communication, and post-implementation support.


  • Resolve Customer Requests : Resolve non-technical system related requests, covering data corrections and knowledge aspects.
  • Escalate to HR IS complex and non-standard cases coming from system user. Escalate technical system issues and required improvements to relevant IS team.

    Promote systems knowledge with both end-users and People Services specialists. In case the issue was caused by incorrect system maintenance, instruct relevant users accordingly, in order to avoid similar incidents in the future.

  • Support HR Yearly Cycles : Organize, prepare, load, and activate data. Resolve data inconsistencies. Support process related questions, ensuring streamlined execution of the HR processes and maximized usage of HR Systems portfolio.
  • After each HR cycle review issues and lessons learned, deliver summary report and requirements for system changes to respective IS Team, and monitor implementation.

  • Manage Change : Work closely with HRIS. Applying common methodologies and practices across different projects, develop change management plans, stakeholder and impact assessments for People Services.
  • Together with HRIS team deliver communication and training around new HR systems functionalities to People Services Teams.

    As systems Super User, provide impact assessments on system changes and coordinate post implementation user adoption activities.

    Support User Acceptance Testing and Roll-outs. Coordinate quarterly change releases communication to HR Services.

  • Manage Knowledge : Act as guardian of HR systems knowledge across People Services. Proactively identify knowledge requirements and gaps.
  • Prepare and maintain system related training materials. Capture systems related knowledge in most appropriate and efficient ways, e.

    g. Work Instruction, videos, training materials. Use different methods and tools to share this knowledge with the People Services teams, such as written communications, in-class training, etc.

  • Protect HR Data : Identify, capture and escalate risks and issues related to HR data. Support initiatives related to HR data protection, compliance and controls.
  • Run and analyze various data audit reports. Follow up with all involved parties on the data corrections. Cooperate with HR IS counterparts in the area of periodical accesses and roles reviews.

    Educate People Services users on HR data protection aspects.

  • Capture Business Requirements : Continuously monitors HR Systems used by HR Services teams for functional adequacy, technical obsolescence, operational efficiency, security, technical improvements.
  • Proactively learn about changes in the business environment and expectations of People Services teams. Capture high-level system improvement requirements and escalate them to HR IS.

  • Collaborate : Recognize the importance of working together, and cooperate effectively with various HR teams. Develop and apply collaborative approach, tools and processes.
  • Pro-actively look for continuous improvement opportunities and engage others to collaborate on their implementation. Work with others in virtual teams, self-

    organized projects and task forces without formal authority.


  • 3+ years of experience in an HR System support role.

  • Thorough accurate and detail oriented;
  • HR data analysis experience. Understanding the HR implications of information contained in the data;
  • Experience of Bench-marking internal and external data;
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage unpredictable and varying workload;
  • Full understanding of project life cycle methodologies;
  • Fluent in English.

  • University degree or equivalent.
