This dynamic role offers a great opportunity within Expedia. You will be a key partner in solving issues related to Expedia's global loyalty program for hotels, currently branded VIP.
You will work and communicate directly with Expedia Inc sales teams (Market Managers), hoteliers, and other support colleagues.
You will demonstrate solid customer-service skills and interact clearly and professionally via email, telephone, and chat.
