Formal Education : Secondary economic / accounting

Working Experience : 1-3 years AP, AR, or GL accountant in small companies

PC : MS Office, ERP experience - ideally SAP

Language : Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English

Other Skills : Basic understanding of financial flows in accounting

Service minded and customer oriented problem solver

Analytic skills would be advantage

Team player

Flexibility, proactive approach, self-motivated

Purpose of the job :

Responsible for effective and efficient Accounting to Reporting (AtR) process to deliver Financial statements and management reporting for Atlas Copco (AC) Compressor Technique (CT) entities in accurate and timely manner according to Group policies and IFRS.

Principal accountabilities :

1.Prepares IFRS based Monthly Group Reporting and / or cooperates on monthly close procedures

2.Books payroll and provides Cost Center report and headcount report, books accruals

3.Performs General Ledger activities, journals, corrections, standard entries, non-payroll accruals, CC re-classes and reviews and other country specific tasks (statistics, petty cash coding)

4.Prepares balance sheet reconciliations and provides BS and P&L analysis

5.Deals with SAP queries, performs analysis relating to month end or analysis in area of expertise

6.Ensures that the sub-ledgers and general ledger is complete and accurate

7.Ensures that all balances are existing, complete and properly supported

8.Liaises with auditors (internal / external) and other regulatory units

9.Shares information and knowledge with others within the team and whole FSC

10.Cooperates on statutory accounts, tax packs and tax returns

11.Establish true partnership with internal Atlas Copco customers

12.Support the overall idea of the Service Center / Hub

13.Secure timely operation and escalation of issues to Management

14.Support that all process specifics and tasks are documented and updated

15.Work actively on optimizing the efficiency and quality of daily tasks

16.Suggest improvements of standards processes to the process owner

17.Support trainings of new colleagues

18.Other tasks assigned by Team Leader
