Now we are looking for a qualified Product Sales Specialist to join our order handling team. You will provide support to sales representatives, respond to customer queries, and perform complete order handling processes.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be goal-

oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Tasks :

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Prepare proposals adapted to the needs of our end-customers in the power generation industry
  • Initiate and complete administrative tasks in order to produce professionally written proposal content that clearly articulates the company value proposition
  • Coordinate and adapt proposals using the input from different departments including end customers, sales, product management, finance, legal, project management, logistics, etc.
  • Customer order handling from purchase order to the point of delivery. Project enter and update in SAP, cost planning, internal supplier management, logistics, and supervision
  • Use and maintain document templates in line with company branding
  • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant
  • Ensures that proposals meet the company's budget and profitability targets
  • Prepares and manages sales support documentation during bidding, booking and hand-over process
  • Manages marketing and sales presentations and related documents

  • Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering
  • Fluent in English language, written and spoken. Other languages (i.e. Spanish and German) a plus
  • Experience in marketing and sales role
  • Capability to achieve business results and to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding irregular working hours
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel, SAP
