Manage companywide program of digital transformation, lead direct and virtual teams across the company, define strategy and deliver its execution via agile way of work.

Omnichannel strategy alignment within the Company,
Customer experience principles implementation : Humanly Digital Digitally Human,
Driving implementation of technical enablers,
Drive out of box thinking, creativity and innovations mainly via digital and omnichannel tools and processes,
Change status quo to reach higher speed, simplicity and efficiency of your channels,
Represent the voice of customer and channels to the stakeholders and rest of the company,
Prepare, control and manage operational budgets,
Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
