term sustainable returns BI Portfolio Governance Coordinator The Prague Portfolio Central of Excellence (COE) Team is an offshore team, part of the Barclays International (BI) Portfolio Management Group.

In scope of this team is to ensure that Initiatives are set up correctly on the group wide toolset and managed through their lifecycle, including the transition between stage gates, monitoring compliance with controls and advising PMs on how to operate within the bank’s control environment.

Prague COE Team is currently looking for a highly motivated, self driven professional who will help us with support and co-

ordination of the BI change portfolio. About the Role

  • Lifecycle Management advise programme managers and their teams on the set up of projects and programmes within the portfolio hierarchy;
  • management of projects through the lifecycle via the stage gate process and checking compliance to the Delivery Control Standard

  • Tool set-up and training support new users in the use of Agile Central, Navigator (the Micro Focus PPM tool used for portfolio reporting).
  • Assist in training and provide guidance to project teams to ensure best practices are followed

  • Stakeholder Management liaise with stakeholders at all levels to provide portfolio updates and act as single point of contact for defined groups
  • Data quality maintain the portfolio records in the group wide toolset to ensure that data is accurate, and reflects the structure of the portfolio
  • Data analysis respond to information requests, conduct data analysis and provide ad hoc reports
  • Continuous improvement identify areas of work for Leaning and process improvement
