oordinate and support development of all pricing, reimbursement and market access activities for all BI products pre and post launch within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Internal pricing for current and new BI portfolio

External pricing SÚKL, Health Insurance Companies, Ministry of Health

Cooperation with marketing, medical and sales in pricing and reimbursement area according to legislative framework valid in CZ

Cooperation with Corporate Affairs Director SK on regular pricing reviews according to legislative framework valid in SK

Coordinates the development of national reimbursement submissions, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to optimise market access

Proactively monitors the Czech pricing and reimbursement environment, assesses business implications for BI products, and refines Strategic Pricing strategies accordingly

The responsibility of the Compliance Coordinator includes :

Single point of contact regarding coordination of compliance areas

Ensure local governance (incl. roles & responsibilities being assigned; project timelines being observed, etc.)

Planning quarterly Compliance Committee meetings to discuss issues, incidents and status.

Coordinate overall Compliance projects

Incident management / Investigation coordination

Ensure training for employees are provided and tracked

Local coordination of localization of regional templates, communication with 3rd parties

What qualifications and competencies you should have

University education - University of economics or related

3+ years working experience in pricing are an advantage

1+ year experience on similar position

English - B1 level

Ability to work effectively and to keep timelines, high accuracy

Ability to interface with other departments of the organisation

Strong administrative skills

Ability to work on absolutely confidential matters

PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint general working knowledge)
