Job purpose :

Supply Planning manager is in charge of dedicated supply planning team. Responsible for product supply to all sales organizations based on net demand with target to meet customer needs which may include : analysis and monitoring of sales forecast (ensure consistency and accuracy between sales forcecast and demand as well as budget), follow up of coverage on stock markets, stock levels, contribution on the monthly S&OP meetings.

He is managing his Supply Planning team, defining of priorities for production planning, negotiation of MSAs yearly, cross functional interfaces with partners (Affiliates, Commercial, RA, QA, Launch team etc).

Your responsibilities :

  • Managerial role in dedicated Supply Planning team.
  • Setting objectives, priorities, evaluation of the team according to department objectives.
  • Key kontact point for SCH in Affiliates, production sites and CMO . Playing key role within supply planning team (objectives, targets, strategy innovation) and represents the team towards internal / external customers.
  • Processes supply planning according net demand (supply order, supply forecast, interplant or any other request), usually in sites and CMOs.
  • Analyzing the priority (if supply or production is lacking) as well as the uncertainty and variability. Communicates with affiliates and production sites in order to respond to their demand that will be further used for sales or stock build.
  • Planning, challenging and organizing of stock adjustment based od actual sales demand. Will be member of task teams in case of unsatisfactory level of OOS , CSL or stock level.
  • Keep and follow KPIs, reporting - stock coverage, OOS, SLA, OTIF, PO overview .
  • Participating and representing Supply chain on launch meetings to ensure smooth and on time LAUNCH of new products.
  • Initiating SLA / service level agreement / revision with dedicated team and stakeholders (markets)
  • Follows variation changes on packaging material impacting production and demand plan.
  • Follow change control committe minutes and decision. Trying to minimaze destructions.
  • We require :

  • University bachelor or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Supply Chain / Logistic, demand, planning, forecasting, procurement.
  • Deep experience with ERP / SAP.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Strong transversally throughout whole organization.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build consensus amongst multiple stakeholders with different interests.
  • Sense of urgency, self-starting, right level of detail (where needed), result oriented.
  • Handle pressure well and respect deadlines.
  • English - Upper-Intermediate
