This may be the perfect role for you. As Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Northern & Eastern European Region, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit for a vast diversity of consultant and functional roles (junior to mid manager roles) for all our offices across 20 countries in the region -

DACH, Benelux, Nordics, Baltics, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Rumania, Slovakia, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Reporting to the Regional Recruiting Team Leader and working collaboratively with your HR colleagues, you will work directly with Hiring Managers to define their hiring needs and plan how best their needs can be met.

  • Work with HR and business colleagues to develop concise, accurate critical success factors for roles and compelling job profiles using the Kantar Recruitment Framework
  • Source candidates, effectively utilizing internal advertising, LinkedIn, databases, job boards, advertisements, social media, networking and cold-call
  • Partner to deliver search, talent mapping and other recruiting projects for critical, hard-to-fill roles
  • Own, execute and manage effective interview and selection processes
  • Conduct structured, evidence-based interviews against the RMM structure to draw out examples of experience in line with role competencies, drawing on expertise from the Regional Recruiting Team Leader and the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise
  • Effectively manage candidate verbal offers
  • Deliver against recruiting targets whilst ensuring great candidate experience and Hiring Manager satisfaction
  • Proactively engage with our internal clients to better understand their business unit value proposition, culture, offer, and business challenges
  • Drive excellence in recruiting with inclusion & diversity at its core
  • Proactive in supporting colleagues on to share workload
  • Essential Experience

  • Recruiting experience in a results driven in-house / agency setting
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering against recruiting targets
  • Experience recruiting across functions and business units
  • Strong LinkedIn Experience & direct sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques and cold calling
  • Evidence of delivering excellence in the candidate experience. Networker capable of engaging passive talent over extended periods with the ability to convert to viable candidates
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management
  • Ideal Experience

  • Knowledge of market research, marketing services or consultancy sector recruiting is a plus
  • Ideally qualified in psychometric tools
  • Knowledge of Taleo or Workday
  • Skills

  • Need to be rigorous & very structured. Have strong organizational skills
