Currently, we are seeking qualified candidatesto join our global shared service centre. This position oversees the day to day activities of Data Management Specialists who handle the administration of HR policies, processes and programs including, but not limited to employee and job data maintenance, compensation, employee moves, etc.
This position will monitor workflow and supervise, direct, and evaluate staff. This position ensures consistency in data quality and supports resolution of complex, data-
related issues and escalations.
What You Will Do
Coach and lead a team of Data Management Specialists in their daily activities and work with the teams to resolve complex issues and make final decisions related to these issues
Handle complex or escalated inquiries or transactions
Approve / conduct data quality reviews of processing outputs of data management / functional specialist teams, as needed
Participate in HR planning by providing feedback, insights, and continuous improvement opportunities
Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies and make procedural changes
Oversee team performance and manage communication and information flow to increase efficiency
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum 3 years on a similar position
Experience in a supervisory position or operational management required
Strong working knowledge of Human Resources as a discipline including various functions such as Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
Fluent English, other European language is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to develop and deliver verbal and written communications which convey complex information in a simple, easily understandable manner
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and team development skills
Focus on customer service
