We are currently seeking a passionate influencer marketing specialist to join Avast user acquisition team. This is a permanent role, candidate will be working on global campaigns for all Avast major international brands (including Avast, AVG, HMA, etc.).
This person will be researching influencers, managing influencer outreach, delivering timely results and evaluating performance.
This person will also act as a thought leader, helping educate internal stakeholders about how influencers can shape public perception in our areas of focus and how Avast can capitalize on opportunities to build relationships, strengthen loyalty and drive growth through strategic influencer marketing.
The successful candidate will work closely with advertising, PR, affiliate and social teams on amplifying impact of influencer campaigns and delivering ROI consistent with other paid channels.
Applicants should have demonstrable experience using social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-
fit influencers. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of the evolving digital landscape with a proven track record of developing and executing multiplatform paid, owned and earned social media programs at scale.
Applicants should have a firm understanding of how strategic influencer marketing can deliver highly effective, creative and measurable outcomes as this position will play a pivotal role in driving new users for Avast brands in the long-run.
What you will do :
Develop the influencer relations strategy and program in the context of company goals and integrated marketing campaigns
Manage and execute the influencer plans and targeted campaigns (aligned with marketing and user acquisition strategy) with a strong focus on turning this channel into efficient channel for new user acquisition
Develop strong knowledge of the technology / software industry and influencers within to be able to identify and target appropriate influencers
Establish success metrics and measurements of engagements. Set appropriate KPIs and analyze results to ensure ongoing success;
track, report, and share learnings with relevant stakeholders
Educate internal stakeholders on the new opportunity and concept of working with influencers
Share knowledge of the space with the broader communications function to enhance the team’s understanding of and success with influencers
What we need
2+ years of experience managing online influencer / brand ambassador programs, ideally for large, international, consumer-facing brand
Three to five years of experience within a PR, digital or social marketing agency
Ability to build relationships and make social connections with a variety of target influencers
Excellent negotiating skills ensuring best possible terms are always negotiated with each influencer
Strategic mindset. Ability to develop influencer strategy from the ground-up
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills (fluent English required, second language a plus)
