based hubs. Knowledge Management Lead for EMEA Location : Prague Full time permanent contract We are looking for experienced Knowledge Management Lead for Europe Middle East Africa region (EMEA).

You will be responsible for HR Knowledge Management via managing our online Human Resources portal. You will be leading a small team of 2 specialist ensuring that all documentation is uploaded and updated in timely mannor as well as leading the function from the strategic perspective.

We put high importance on customer orientation ensuring customers satisfation and especially countinuous improvement in the area of knowledge management. Responsibilities :

  • Development and governance of knowledge management process for our HR (Human resources) function
  • Responsibility for determining the HR knowledge management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content by our employees
  • Management of Human Resources portal to ensure all documents are uploaded and updated in timely mannor in various language alternatives
  • Continuous Improvement of knowledge management base by communication with diverse stakeholders concerning performance gaps and possible improvement, allocating time to listen and create solutions for various stakeholders
  • Management of Content and Knowledge Management operational activities to achieve set targets
  • Leading a small team of 2 Content Creators in Prague - leadership, direction, coaching, feedback as well as development of team members
  • Management and delivery of diverse projects connected with Knowledge Management
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Knowledge Management area is required
  • We prefer previous experience with HR Knowledge Management but we are open to experience from IT, Finance, Procurement or Customer Services as well
  • You need to have already a people leading experience
  • Previous experience from international shared service environment as well as project management experience is a big plus
  • Fluent English spoken and writen is required
  • Advanced French or German is an advantage
  • HTML fundamentals are required previous experience with webpage setup and edits
  • Cascading style sheets (CSS) is an advantage as well
