Channnel Manager UVNN EEMEA
Location : Germany - Remote / Field
This role is a commercial position challenged to implement sales operation in line with defined strategies in order to achieve sales targets and market share objectives for our UV business.0
This position provides commercial and technical sales support for indirect channel network in EEMEA to ensure booking volumes are achieved.
This role provides the ability to monitor, analyze and forecast future business performance in the region on a routine basis is essential.
The job essentials are project and sales development in close cooperation with the distributor as well as support to the distributor in regard to field marketing programs, such as : seminars, webinars and marketing campaigns and OEM approach.
This position will also drive initiatives to increase our vertical market approach and to develop new business with these target customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for the sales of our core UV and Micro UV products through distributors
Accountable for assess and manage existing current Channel Partners, plus identify, develop and manage new Channel Partners / distributors to maximize our market coverage in our target markets.
Provides technical and commercial support to the indirect distributors.
Achieves sales targets for the region and channel partners on line with key selling objectives.
Support the implementation of the regional commercial and marketing plan, including tactics to accomplish growth targets.
Works closely with Product Management to execute tactics to achieve business objectives.
Provides input to conceive, define and implement promotional activities and sales tactics to drive growth, including pricing strategies, marketing campaigns and distributor agreements in the territory.
Provides feedback, information, market intelligence and recommendations to improve market penetration.
Manages weekly forecasting routines regional Sales support teams and all distributors / channel partners.
Provide input on both marketing and technical resources needed to ensure the highest quality training for our distributors.
Attend tradeshows in your territory and provide a report at the conclusion of the show.
Provide competitive market information and obtain general market intelligence and feed this to sales management and the marketing team.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemistry or Physiscs
Experience in Spectroscopy is preferred
Minimum 3 year experience in channel management and working with distributors in Eastern Europe
Strong networking skills and ability to quickly build relationships
The passion and motivation to actively work with distributors and initiate and execute on marketing strategy and plans
Previous experience of delivering exceptional results in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to diverse customer audiences, channel partners and peers to executives.
Experience in Salesforce.com is preferred
Working Conditions :
Works in a remote environment.
Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
Frequent travel may be required (up to 50%).
