Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a HR Officer

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support & develop talent and actively participate in Four Seasons Employer branding activities.

You will be also responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

You will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and be a valuable member of a diverse HR team of four.

Primary

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by aligning job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Design and implement internal and external Employer Branding plans
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes and development plans
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Secondary

  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as HR generalist with focus on talent acquisition and development
  • General knowledge of various HR functions (pay & benefits, administration, HR compliance)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc / BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Czech / Slovak as mother language mandatory
