based hubs. Senior Reporting Analyst Location : Prague Full time permanent contract

Responsibilities :

  • Monthly preparation and submission of Sales Reports (NTS : MTSF (C+1) & MTSM (C+2)) and Quarterly P&L and B / S Bravo Reports (QTBS C+5 and QSSA (C+8)), incl. GL Tie-Out.
  • Preparation of Essbase Reporting for MD&D EMEA (Weekly Sales and SBM, Monthly Financial Highlights and Quarterly Books)
  • Monitoring of Sales reconciliations accuracy and timeliness
  • Preparation and submission of other Quarterly / Yearly Bravo required Reports : QSSS, QSSH, Treasury Reconciliation, B / S2, Intangible Assets Reconciliation, IT Expense Reconciliation, YSSA, YSSB.
  • Preparation and submission of Monthly STRIVE Reports (system’s Gross Profit related) at product level.
  • Sales deferrals calculations and follow-up on bookings done by GL
  • Maintenance and update of Month-End Closing checklist and status
  • Monitoring of A2R & I2C SSC’s Dashboard / Scorecard accuracy
  • Support and alignment with Local Finance / Reporting teams
  • Leading trainings for other peers, organizing and controlling the tasks
  • Acting as mentor for new joiners in the team
  • Acting as a backup for Reporting Manager (for reporting related queries)
  • Qualifications

  • Master or Bachelor degree
  • 2-4 years working experience
  • Very good Finance & Accounting knowledge (CIMA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent as a plus)
  • Perfect understanding of P&L and B / S and other fin. statements
  • MS Office (Advanced MS Excel, MS Macros - VBA)
  • SQL and database knowledge
  • Very good SAP and BI / BW knowledge
  • Very good English (written and oral) + another language a plus
  • Persistant / commited and able to work under time preassure
  • Organized / time oriented, output driven, able to set priorities
  • Works independently with minimum supervision
  • Communication / Presentation skills and assertiveness
