Achieve the most efficient WAN Service Operations providing highest business value through effective management of IT resources (people, financial resources, bought in services and asset / capital investment).
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Monitor, measure, report and review performance of services in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers
Manage the lifecycle of service orders / incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations
Ensure that service orders / incidents are followed up and solved appropriately
Ensure that configuration / development items are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited
Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service / Solution Operation scope

What you’ll bring to the role :
Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function
Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, quality and budget
Excellent Communication Skills
Proven capability to operate in an organization with direct and indirect reporting lines in a matrix set-up
Capability to think strategically and proven ability to set, develop and execute the service delivery strategy for the service portfolio
