Job Summary :
This role is responsible for executing Brown-Forman’s HR Workday processes and will have accountability for data integrity.
This role will liaise for HR with the HRIT team, ensuring the vision for the HR organization is supported by its information technology platforms and the processes established are efficient and support core HR responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities :
Ensure processes complete. Support employees in employee self service. processes / completion; Support functional area processes and workflow.
work with HRIT to develop / maintain necessary audit reports.
Lead HR business process design, evolution, execution (this will include functional area (bonus, PGP) processes, reporting, auditing and implementation of information in Workday.
Lead and strive for continuous process improvement. Support ongoing change management with business process evolution.
Run / schedule delivered reports aligned with business needs.
Partner with HR to understand and own process of creating files necessary to load organization changes into Workday. Coordinate with HRIT who will actually load the changes.
Audit org changes after implemented to ensure integrity of data.
Train and On-board HR roles on the WD Business Processes, Reporting, Data Integrity / Auditing, and Org Structure Changes.
Work with HRIT to test and approve Workday changes and upgrades. Support functional areas for User Acceptance Testing.
Coordinate necessary security roles and updates with IT Security.
Learn new Workday functionality and become subject matter experts.

Required Experience & Education :
Education : Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
Experience : 3-5 years experience in HR systems
Preferred Experience :
Process design and Workday HR system.
