The role holder will be responsible to design, plan and accompany all topics around change and transformation within the Residential Commercial business unit and to take lead on complex and strategic projects initiated by the Chief Residential Commercial Officer.
The role has a key responsibility in creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success.
The role is critical in supporting and sustaining continuous improvement and innovation management within the business unit by coordinating with all divisions and within the frame given by the leadership of Commercial Residential Unit.
Assist Chief Residential Commercial Officer in facilitating complex decision-making
Drive project execution and integration of projects within Commercial Strategy together with projects owners
Perform complex analyses to solve occurring issues and tasks
Support the implementation of strategic concepts within the Residential Commercial Organisation
Coordinate the teams that consolidates and gathers all data for KPIs unit delivery in order to agregate he info packs for decison making
Coordinate execution of the strategic initiatives
Propose new design and coordinates changes on End to End process and decision making approach for the commercial residential unit
Work closely with all other business units such as Finance, Strategy and Transformation Office to ensure full data accuracy and consolidation of overall KPI at company level
Work closely with Business Commercial, Marketing and with internal Commercial Planning to support a unitary and integrated commercial
Ensure specific knowledge is obtained and knowledge sharing occurs within team
Supports the higher management to quickly assess issues that serve as barriers to the team operating at maximum efficiency
Continuous Improvement & Project Activities
Monitor additional aspects of Residential Commercial in order to identify opportunities for improvement and participate in projects to develop processes, systems and standards to continuously improve commercial execution
University Degree required.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field is a plus
6-8 years of work experience in complex business environments
Minimum 3 year of work experience in a senior role organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
Experience in working with Boards, Senior Management teams is a plus
