Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a HR Operations, Data Management Specialist to join our Global Human Resources organization.
This position provides data administration and maintenance support for processes related to the employee lifecycle and compensation, including documentation creation / updates.
This position also provides information related to HR policies, HR data processing, problem resolution, and follow up for the HR Operations (HR Ops).
What You Will Do
Process new hires, leaves, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events
Process pay changes, including promotions and other wage / salary modifications
Create and update process related documentation
Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
Perform mass data uploads
Maintain employee files and records to meet given requirements
Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation and pay administration
experience in customer service with focus on data administration in corporate environment is preferred
Full professional fluency in English,
Knowledge of other languages is an advantage (German, Italian, Polish, French, Dutch, ...)
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
Customer service attitude
Ability to prioritize and multitask
