based hubs. Early Talent Recruiter for the United Kingdom and Ireland Location : Prague Full time, permanent contract The Early Talent Recruiter is responsible for recruitment for Early Talents graduates as well as placement year internship for Johnson & Johnson in the UK and Ireland.

In cooperation with one colleague based in the UK you will be responsible to run all university recruitment activities university events, promotional activities, sourcing for candidates, prescreening CVs, video interview, assessment centers, etc.

  • Work on the complete end to end recruitment process for Early Talent hiring within the UK and Ireland
  • Participate on all activities connected with Early Talent recruitment promotion of Johnson & Johnson within the university landscape, posting roles, sourcing for applicants, prescreening, testing, video interviews, assessment centers until offers are accepted
  • Check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners etc. on creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing agreed action plans
  • Managing our systems to ensure data integrity at all times, as well as expense management for candidates travelling to assessment centers
  • Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates
  • Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in inhouse recruitment is required
  • Previous experience with University / Early Talent recruitment or within remote recruitment is a big advantage
  • Fluent English
