Main Purpose of Job :

To provide effective support in recruiting process / to provide recruiting services to HR Partner, HR Manager, HR Director and Business Unit / GBA by implementation, communication, administration of recruiting process in the Region under EMEA Human Capital Strategy.

Main Responsibilities :

HRIS : to accurately and on time maintenance internal corporate electronic systems. To be the expert on HRIS recruitment system

Recruitment and Selection :

  • Delivering qualified and skilled candidates in response to business requirements
  • Building high quality research, market maps and headhunting
  • Developing e-recruitment solutions
  • Preparing and placing advertisements, screening applications and interviews and managing the offer and on-boarding process
  • Dealing with line managers throughout the recruitment process from the initial briefing to the on-boarding of new employees
  • Working collaboratively within the team and across the business to share best practice and specialist knowledge within the company
  • Statistic, analysis and reporting
  • Corporate policies and procedures : to administer and execute HR policies and procedures, to maintain consistent and fair treatment of all candidates (internal / external), to ensure the internal control requirements;
  • to promote the ethical behaviors.

    Communication : to effectively and on time communicate with candidates, external agencies, KC employees, HR Partners, HR Managers and business line managers.

    HR project to participate in a designated HR projects for the Region

    Local Labor Legislation : to monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the recruitment process compliant with the local legislation norms and standards and meeting the internal control requirements

  • Required Qualifications / Experience :

  • Higher education
  • Relevant experience in multinational companies not less than 2-3 years
  • Fluent English; PC literate; HRIS systems
  • Global VISA and Relocation Specifications :

    This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
