Main Purpose of Job :
To provide effective support in recruiting process / to provide recruiting services to HR Partner, HR Manager, HR Director and Business Unit / GBA by implementation, communication, administration of recruiting process in the Region under EMEA Human Capital Strategy.
Main Responsibilities :
HRIS : to accurately and on time maintenance internal corporate electronic systems. To be the expert on HRIS recruitment system
Recruitment and Selection :
to promote the ethical behaviors.
Communication : to effectively and on time communicate with candidates, external agencies, KC employees, HR Partners, HR Managers and business line managers.
HR project to participate in a designated HR projects for the Region
Local Labor Legislation : to monitor the labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the recruitment process compliant with the local legislation norms and standards and meeting the internal control requirements
