This is a Tier 1.5 Network Support position for international business customers B2B. Our Network Operations Specialists work to answer questions and resolve customer issues, supporting a wide variety of products and services.
A basic understanding of communication media and technology is certainly an advantage but a willingness to learn is more important as training will be provided.
However, you must be an CCENT level equivalent, advanced English speaker, thrive in a team environment and gain real satisfaction from helping other people.
Provide basic technical support to international enterprise customers, for all managed service products, through customer interaction
Provide network support and customer status in a complex multi-vendor environment
Work with vendors, providers and internal partners
Troubleshoot network issues
Analyse incoming incidents, mark improvements and identify chronic cases
Key skills :
Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
Minimal technical knowledge (CCENT level)
Strong communication skills
A logical mind-set, analytical thinking and a passion for problem solving
Desire to learn new things, self-motivation
Additional skills :
Customer Service Experience Required (network industry preferred)
Secondary School / High School education minimum
The ability to interact on the phone with customers and their peers during the problem determination process
