Customer Care Representative (part time)
We are going to expand our in-house team, which will take care of Czech and Russian AVG customers. Would you like to speed up your career from the beginning?

What will you do :
Support Czech and Russian customers with sales and technical issues
Process and maintain orders for new and current customers
Support post-sales license operations like refunds, license extensions
Support post-technical issues like installation, upgrade, configuration
Using internal systems to report bugs / errors / feedback
Closely cooperate with 2nd level support teams
What we expect :
Very good Czech / Slovak and Russian language skills, written
Pre-Intermediate English, both spoken and written (mainly for internal communication)
Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking
Advanced knowledge of MS operating systems
Willingness to learn
Quickly adapt into new environment
Independent, reliable person
