In this role you would become a member of the community of continuous improvement professionals.
Drive productivity and build capabilities
Lead and participate in Local LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) improvement activities supporting the Business strategy
Set and follow parameters for improvement, suggest new improvements in various areas
Coach managers and specialists in implementing LEGO Continuous Improvement tools, processes, behaviors and mindset
Train and coach teams to identify opportunities to simplify how we work and eliminate waste on a daily basis.

In this role, you are a valued sparring partner, coach and motivator across the organization. The main purpose is to improve Kladno’s performance in terms of responsiveness and productivity by aligning, simplifying and improving processes, increasing problem-
solving skills and increasing change readiness. You work with numerous internal stakeholders and make sure they have everything they need in terms of LCI knowledge and insights to perform at their best.
This position is based in Kladno, Czech Republic, where you will be part of the local LCI team and report to the LCI Director for EU Packing.
Continuous Improvement Professional with can-do attitude
Minimum 4 years of Lean / OPEX / CI experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience with project management, you have supported the business with execution of projects
You are enjoying teamwork and are a strong networker, motivator and teacher / presenter / coach
You have experience with innovation, robotics, industry 5.0
You use your strong networking, collaboration, presentation and communication skills to build trust with your stakeholders quickly.
You speak and write English at a high level since you will be interacting with local and international colleagues on a daily basis
