Job Summary Ericsson is establishing a dedicated Application Development and Modernization services for Online Charging and Billing system deployed at key customer in Customer Unit Northern and Central Europe based in Prague, Czech Republic.
We are looking at proven experience to lead as ADM Delivery Manager the delivery of this complex ADM contract.
ADM Delivery Manager will take ownership of the customer relationship after project delivery, responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of services as specified in the contract including support, maintenance and future development of the application.
ADM Delivery Manager will deliver the scope of the service contract to the customer according to agreed Service Level (quality, time).
ADM Delivery Manager will be responsible for the financial & commercial performance of the ADM services.
It's the technical leader and customer SPOC for the contracted service.
ADM Delivery Manager will also Seek and identify new opportunities, make continuously cost efficiency, strives for innovation as a fundamental means to achieve customer objectives (cost reduction, Time to Market, Quality, etc.).Position :

leading service implementation :
mobilization and team set-up planning, process defining and implementing stabilization and SLA baselining :
managing the steady state adopting the best right-shoring model ensuring profitability, top quality and KPI performance throughout the whole Software Development Life Cycle securing contract fulfilment :
establishing an SLA together with customer managing internal and 3PP suppliers defining processes and ways of workings owning and managing escalations resource management :
defining the resource strategy acquiring and building project team by confirming human resource availability and obtaining the team necessary to complete project assignments developing project team :
improving the competences, team interaction, and the overall team environment to enhance project performance managing project team :
tracking team member performance providing feedback resolving issues managing changes to optimize project performance Key Qualifications :
University degree in ICT / Engineering (Bachelor or above) 7+ years of experience in the Telecoms / ICT sector, with an excellent proven track record very good technical knowledge of Telco Business Support System, preferred in Online Charging and Billing System area experience with Agile SW development and DevOps methodologies, processes and tools technical and operative coordination of resources (>
20) or project management and services management with high complexity (>
1 year) with proven track record experience in Pre-Sales, participation in tenders and offering proposal Telco BSS / OSSIT Service Management Skills communication, leadership, negotiation & argumentation competences Ericsson knowledge and Ericsson's portfolio acquaintance commercial and financial acumen & skills fluency in English written and spoken Nice to have :
experience in IT service Management process definition, implementation and management of serviced following defined Service Level Agreements willingness to travel and sometimes with short notice Project Management skills proven by external certification (PMI / ITIL) Czech language skill will be an asset *LI-AT2
